Monday evening saw Architects and Designers gather at Dubai’s Jumeriah Beach Hotel for a viewing of the latest designs from Fardis and sister brand Muraspec.
Against a backdrop of the impressive Burj Al Arab, guests, including leading UAE publications Commercial Interior Design and Retail ME, had the opportunity to browse collections, network and speak to the team, including Matt Hayes, Muraspec Group’s Design and Studio manager, responsible for many of the designs on show.
Favourite looks from the night included neutral textiles in the form of the Fardis Lin’um and Fuji collections and metallics such as Fardis Luxe and Peru by Muraspec, which launches in May.
Guests were also excited about other new Muraspec design Menara, and Seagrass and Galaxy Stripe by Fardis, all of which were all shown for the first time in the UAE.
Muraspec Group’s new Business Development Manager for the UAE, Janet Fetters, was delighted with guests’ reactions. “It was a great night. Everyone was really positive about the new designs and it’s helped to promote Fardis to the A&D community here. The Elan collection has also had a good reaction, and I can see that being used widely across the Middle East.”
The team will be exhibiting at Middle East Covering, part of Index, next month – find them and all our new designs on stand SD16.
